Tulalara is a mother-daughter story rooted in Bali, built on a shared love of craft, colour, and beautiful things.

Laras & Oom

Laras is the dreamer behind Tulalara — the one who fell in love with Balinese tie-dye and wanted to share it with the world. She designs each piece with the vision of bringing the warmth and artistry of tie dye Bali to women everywhere.

Oom, Laras's mother, is the maker. A skilled tailor with a lifetime of expertise, she is the one who brings every design to life. Growing up, what looked like window shopping was actually Oom quietly inspecting fabrics and assessing quality — a habit that never left her. Every Tulalara piece passes through her hands and her exacting eye before it reaches yours.

Our resort wear — kaftans, jumpsuits, and kimonos — is crafted from premium rayon, hand-dyed using traditional tie dye Bali techniques. Fluid, breathable, and bold. Designed for the escape, made to last.
